Terms of Service
These terms govern the relationship between SEO Experts Academy and the client for all services contracted through seoexpertsacademy.com.
1. Service description
We provide SEO services: strategy, technical optimisation, authority building, local SEO, e-commerce SEO, and SEO training. All services are delivered digitally.
2. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe prior to service commencement. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include all service costs but exclude applicable VAT.
3. Intellectual property
All delivered work (reports, strategies, content) becomes client property upon full payment. We reserve the right to mention the relationship in our portfolio.
4. Warranties and limitations
We do not guarantee specific search engine positions. We guarantee the quality and delivery of work within the agreed scope.
5. Cancellation
One-off projects: full refund before work begins. Retainers: 30 days notice; the current month is billed in full.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes: courts of Malaga, Spain.
