Questions before starting
What most clients want to know before engaging an SEO service.
Yes, but the game has changed. Thin content and low-quality links stopped working years ago. What works now is technically sound sites, genuinely useful content that covers topics in depth, and backlinks from websites that actually have authority and traffic in your space. Google is better at evaluating quality than it was five years ago, which actually makes it easier to win for sites doing things right.
Search behaviour, competition levels, and content conventions differ significantly between Spanish and English markets. Terms that are highly competitive in English may have almost no competition in Spanish, and vice versa. Localisation matters beyond language: Spanish searchers in Malaga use different modifiers than searchers in Mexico City. We understand both markets.
A systematic review of every factor that affects how search engines can crawl, index, and understand your site. Crawl errors, broken internal links, duplicate content, misconfigured canonicals, slow Core Web Vitals, missing or incorrect structured data, indexation issues, and crawl budget waste. We do not just list problems: we prioritise them by expected impact and explain what each fix will achieve.
There is no number. It depends on your domain's existing authority, the competition for your target terms, and the quality of the links you already have versus the links your competitors have. We do a gap analysis as part of every engagement to tell you where you actually stand and what it will take to compete.
With a 30-minute scoping call where we look at your site, your market, and what you have tried before. If we think we can help and there is a genuine fit, we propose the right scope and starting point. We do not take on clients we do not think we can deliver results for.
It depends on your setup. For clients who give us CMS access, we implement changes directly. For clients with developer teams, we produce an implementation guide detailed enough that no one needs to ask follow-up questions. We verify every fix is applied correctly before moving to the next phase.
Read access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics is the minimum. For implementation, CMS access is helpful but not required. We do not need payment credentials, admin controls unrelated to SEO, or access to systems outside the scope of the work.
Monthly reports covering ranking movements for all tracked keywords, organic session trends, link acquisitions, and a summary of work completed. We share these via Google Docs or email and run a monthly review call to walk through them. For clients on Rank and above, calls are bi-weekly.
Yes. Many clients start with the Foundation audit and strategy document, implement the recommendations themselves or with their team, and then come back for ongoing execution. There is no pressure to start with a full retainer.
The Foundation plan deliverables are ready within 7 business days of payment and access being confirmed. Growth Engine starts with a 10-day audit phase followed by monthly execution cycles. Market Leader clients begin the same day we confirm access.
Monthly billing via Stripe. You can cancel with 30 days notice. The current month is charged in full regardless of when you cancel within the month. There are no setup fees, no lock-in contracts beyond the Growth Engine or Market Leader first month commitment.
We do not guarantee specific keyword positions. No ethical SEO agency does, because rankings depend on algorithm changes and competitor actions outside our control. What we do guarantee is the quality and completeness of the deliverables agreed in scope, and full transparency on why every decision was made.
